Inside
Sales Support
Candidate shall closely work with staff and company management;
shall write, review, modify and catalog sales proposals and marketing
presentations, shall perform sales follow up phone calls with
all potential and current clientele, shall create, modify and
maintain sales leads database for company; candidate should
be comfortable in researching sales leads for company's use,
as well as providing innovative marketing ideas/data to company
management.
Familiarity with the following is considered a plus:
Windows
95/98/NT, ACT!, Office, Netscape Communicator, Internet Explorer,
faxing, answering phones. (position SS) |
Junior
Systems Administrator
Maintain and enhance operation of many diverse systems inside
the company and for managed-service customers; work with senior
systems administrator as needed; Requires ability
to complete multiple tasks in timely manner.
Requires fundamental knowledge of Unix, Linux & *BSD, Windows 98/NT/2000;
familiarity with a variety of routers is a definite plus. (position JS) |
Technical
Support Specialist / Front Desk Help
Provide technical assistance to a variety of customers with the
setup and use of micro-computers, networking, and Internet connectivity
and tools; provide technical information to the sales staff and
prospective customers; provide front desk multi-line telephone
coverage for entire office staff.
Familiarity with Linux, Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000, and MacOS a
definite plus. (position TS) |
